1. Factory audit: We have experiences on helping our manufacturers to improve to be BSCI member.We would be happy to work with you on factory audit, help to communicate with 3rd party such as STR,BV,ITS etc who would help factory to understand more about your requirements Especially Social audit, Quality control etc.
2. Quality: We have experience of exporting to many famous brands including ALDI, LIDL, WALMART, WOOLWORTHS, AUCHANT, TARGET, K-MART etc. as well as lots of other lesser known brand names. We take pride in supplying good quality products from good quality manufacturers who are interested in working together to maintain a high standard of manufacturing as well as in the product itself. Product certificates are available to satisfy the latest standards and directives although sometimes there may be instances where the factory might not have suitable certificates to meet the specific requirements from your country. We would then work with them to obtain this certification. Or of course will always offer you alternatives if you have requirements for quicker shipments.
3. Shippment: No matter cause of factory capacity or misunderstanding delay or other reasons, you maynot catch the shipment you want . We will always prepare everything in advance to guarantee the shipment is the closest one you want even some special condition happens. Sometimes it is not always possible to catch the shipment that you want and we must be prepared for unforeseen eventualities. As a result we would always plan your orders and monitor them throughout to ensure they meet your required shipments. You will always be kept up to date for the inspection dates and available dates. We would also liaise with your appointed forwarders to arrange the shipments and book them in plenty of time.
4. Quantity: We would negotiate with the factories on all matters and even where your order may be lower than the MOQ, we would try our best to be able to support you. If your quantity is high then we will push the factories for the best possible price. Sometimes we would offer you an alternative model which we may be able to source at a lower price but with the same specification so we would always give you this additional option when you want to order a specific item.
5. Agent: If all you require is to find an agent then we can provide this service to you and can recruit specific personal to meet the requirements you have. Acting in this way you would be responsible for paying the suppliers directly and paying our fees for acting as agent which can be agreed. As your agent we would not take any money from the factories and your cost would be the real cost direct from the factory.
